Sort of like brief Wednesday Websites
Posted on 2008-11-13 by baileycoats5j

Hey guys!  Just thought I’d tell you a little more (sort of like a little mini Wednesday Website) about the blogs I gave the awards to in my last post!  Here goes:

1.) Lee ~ For the Love of Peanut Butter (See Lee Live)

  • Lee is such an inspiration!  She is in recovery from an eating disorder as well as is very open about her treatment as well as ongoing recovery process. She shares stories, quotes, as well as poems, as well as then shares her thoughts as well as feelings about them.  I feel like everyone can relate to her posts whether you have an eating disorder or not.  Her posts always brighten up my day and make me smile because of the fact that they are just so inspirational as well as uplifting.  They help you gain perspective on things - to look at the bigger picture as well as be in the moment.  Lee seems to have such a love of life as well as it really shines through in her posts.  Keep up the good work, Lee!

2.) Beadie ~ What I Ate Yesterday

  • Not only does Beadie post delicious recipes as well as yummy food photos, she shares her journey to intuitive eating.  I at all times appreciate her honesty as well as willingness to just let it all out there.  She has such a way with words - her posts are at all times so eloquent as well as she is very good at articulating her feelings.  Plus, she provides a thought provoker question at the end of each post that really makes you think about your relationship with food as well as exercise.  This is great because of the fact that it makes you more in tune with yourself and your needs as well as you also get wonderful tips as well as suggestions from everyone else.  It’s a great way to wake up your mind first thing in the morning.

3.) Caitlin ~ See Bride Run

  • Caitlin always comes up with the an estimated all creative meals as well as really thinks outside the box with her recipes.  I at all times get new ideas when I go to her blog.  Plus, her story of how she became a runner is very inspiring.  Reading about her train little by little to be able to not only jog on behalf of fun as well as health but to compete in races was just fantastic.  It makes me think that I can do it too!  Caitlin’s blog shall make you leave with a “Can-Do” attitude!  And, she’s getting married and seems so in love with her FH!  So exciting!  Check out the last two links!  Awww, so sweet!

4.) Lindsay ~ For the Love of Oats

Below her blog title, it says that her blog is “A blog dedicated to balancing married life while enjoying good food, health & fitness!”  And you know what?  I think she is doing just that!  Lindsay seems to be such a great role model for how to balance a busy life.  She altered her blog format to reflect new goals/life, which is great because of the fact that you should do what feels comfortable on behalf of yourself as well as what is in your best interest.  Lindsay is also very thoughtful as well as was kind sufficient to preschedule blog posts on behalf of her readers for when she was away on behalf of her wedding as well as honeymoon.  How sweet is that?!  She seems like she will go out of her way to manufacture people happy as well as it shows that she really cares about everyone.

5.) Lauren ~ AthlEAT

Lauren is a runner who has a great food philosophy!  When I first went to her blog, I was just in awe of how numerous races she has completed!  Lauren has recently completed two marathons - one with her boyfriend as well as one with her father.  For the first race, she kept by her boyfriend’s side the whole time since it was his first marathon.  I think it’s great that she was able to jog it with him as well as not worry about herself as well as her time, but to enjoy the experience together.  The second race she ran with her father.  In her recap, she told of how the race was pretty hard, but that she was going to complete no matter what.  I admire her determination!  She perservered as well as ran on, as well as never gave up!  That’s a great lesson on behalf of all of us - Just getting to the complete line is an achievement in as well as of itself!  The rest is just icing on the cake!  Oh, as well as by the way, she seems like an awesome cook!
